Orders, Payments, and Delivery Quinta Linda offers fresh, organic produce through our Farm to Fork service, which provides customers the option of home delivery or pick-up from designated pick-up points. By placing an order, you agree to pay the prices listed on our website for the selected products. 3.1 Delivery For delivery, we will deliver products directly to your specified address. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Quinta Linda is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. Delivery times will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transportation disruptions). 3.2 Pick-Up Option If delivery is unavailable, you may choose to pick up your order from one of our designated pick-up points. Pick-up locations will be communicated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for collecting your order within the specified timeframe. Quinta Linda is not liable for any issues resulting from failure to collect your order on time. 3.3 Payment Methods Our payment methods include: • Stripe: A globally recognized platform for secure online payments. • Ifthenpay, MB WAY, and Multibanco: Trusted payment methods in Portugal, adhering to strict security standards. All payments are protected by advanced encryption technology, ensuring the security of your transactions. 4. Product Customization Quinta Linda offers two types of vegetable boxes: customizable and non-customizable. 4.1 Customizable Boxes You can personalize your weekly vegetable box by selecting your preferred produce from our available options. Customization must be completed before the cutoff time for each delivery or pick-up cycle. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but availability may vary depending on seasonal factors and harvest yields. Please be patient if certain items, such as mushrooms, are temporarily unavailable. 4.2 Non-Customizable Boxes For non-customizable boxes, Quinta Linda will curate a selection of seasonal vegetables based on what is currently available on the farm. These boxes are carefully customized by our team according to the size of the box you purchase. This ensures that you receive a diverse and fresh variety of produce that reflects the natural rhythms of the farm. Regardless of the box type, you will always receive fresh, organic vegetables grown using permaculture and regenerative farming methods. 5. Refunds and Returns Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up at quintalinda@quinta-linda.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, subject to approval. Please notice that once you place an order, you won’t be getting a cancellation or refund. 6. Pricing Pricing for our products is dynamic and based on individual items selected. You will be charged for each product individually at the prices listed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. Quinta Linda reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. 7. Charitable Investments and Social Impact All profits from Quinta Linda’s sales are fully reinvested into our charitable initiatives, primarily supporting young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds. These young people are part of a training program where they learn about permaculture, beekeeping, soil regeneration, logistics, and sales. We also support them in obtaining their school diplomas through a government initiative, allowing them to continue their education. By supporting Quinta Linda, you are contributing to a brighter future for these young individuals and their families. We ask for your patience when certain items are temporarily unavailable, as our priority is both teaching these young people and caring for the land and community we serve. 8. User Conduct You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that causes damage, disrupts services, or compromises the security of the website. Any violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services. 9.
